Regarding mental harrasing by inlaws

Hello sir /madam...meri shadi ko ek saal ho chuka hai...aur shadi krne se phle mere husband ne mujhse bht sare jhoot bole..even apni job ko lekar bhi..jb roka ho gya tab pta chla hme...pr mere ghrwalo ne shadi krwadi ki baad m thik ho jayega sab...iss time mai 6 month pregnant hu ..aur apne ghr pe hu..jb bhi m inlaws k yahan jati hu to ye log meri or mere husband ki ldayi krwa dete h...mere husband bhi apni sister mother or father ki baat manke mujhse ldte h..mujhe mentally harrass krte h sb milke..mujhe pregnancy k baad se hi bolne lge ki job chd de..mene kaha 7 month tk to ja skti hu...to mna kr diya unhone...ab m apne ghr pe hu...

You can file a police complaint for all the harassments you have been subjected to. Moreover if you want can also seek maintenance from your husband for your better care. You need to make up your mind regarding what do you wish to do. There are many options available for you. You can send them a legal notice regarding your grievances and if want to go legal then you can always file a Domestic Violence case against your husband and in-laws. you can file domestic violence case against in laws and file one maintenance petition for kharcha of yours and child against husband and u can register a case of cruelty under sec 498a .it is your right to ask maintenance

U need to give some more gap ..first give birth to child and later decide on everything ..during pregnancy moods swings are quite possible! This is not the time to fight or get breakdown …if still u want to take any legal action then u may submit your complaint of 498a to the concerned police station ! U may hire an advocate to draft the same ..b in touch

ab aap kya chahte ho? husband ke saath stay karna ya divorce? jaise aapne bataya, apke saath maansik taur pe durvyavhaar ho raha hai. is behaviour ko band Kara sakti hai aur apne husband ke saath Khushi se bina kisi rok tok ke reh sakti hai
