regarding mental cruelty shown by wife

divorce &mc case and filed by wife in 2023 is going on.since birth of my son in 2022 my wife and family has stopped me and my parents from seeing him.i am filing custody op with visitorial rights.1-as i am in another state and cant visit kerala frequently how useful would be visitorial rights can i get videocalls but if so how since wife and family have blocked us. 2-can grounds of mental cruelty depriving me and parents of loving my son depriving him of affection be put in same custody petition

you can very well file custody Op and ask for visitorial right ... you can get an order for video call too ... there's provision for that .... there is provision for you to filw a petition seeking an injunctio. order also restraining ur wife from treating you with cruelty further....
