According to Section 498A, if the husband or any relative of a married woman is accused of subjecting the woman to cruelty or to any mental or psychological act amounting to harassment, he will be punished with imprisonment Can be given, the period of which can be extended up to 3 years and also for fineIf you are facing any other problem related to this matter then contact me, you will be given full help.
