Regarding maintenance of a 9 months old daughter

I am a hindu. My salary is 55000 and my husband's salary is also the same. I have a 9 months old daughter. Then how much maintenance shall I get for her.

hi as per the question posted, you can get 1/3 of your husband income as a maintenance for yourself or your daughter. it is advisable that you ask for the maintenance for your daughter which will continue till she becomes 18 because your maintenance will stop if you get married again but your daughter maintenance will not stop even if you get married.
