Regarding legal rights of travel freedom

I am currently in a relationship with my husband and planning to travel abroad in the next 20 days. While we have not filed for divorce, I have concerns about my husband's potential attempts to restrict my travel due to his emotional distress regarding my plans. I want to ensure that my rights to travel freely are protected.

The process and timeline if my husband
Dear Madam,
You are free citizen of India and at liberty to visit any country for any number of days without the permission of your husband. Further your husband cannot get any restraint order against you from moving out of India. It is better not to inform anybody to avoid unnecessary complications as your husband may file false cases.
