Regarding giving wrong details in the recruitment of Govt. Teacher

 My name is Bhavesh Sagathiya. My wife's name is Shilpa Bhavesh Sagathiya who is currently appointed as a Vidya Sahayak (Teacher) in Devbhoomi Dwarka district. But in this recruitment, my wife has shown Unmarried even though she is married. She is married because she got married to me in 2020. The court case complaint filed by her against me is sufficient to prove that she is married. If my wife got a government job by giving false information, is it proven to be culpable and how ?

yes it generally affects your wife's employment regarding hiding out the information and false and frivolous information regarding marital status departmental enquiry will also be carried out and if found guilty of can be terminated

यदि भर्ती आवेदन में वैवाहिक स्थिति के बारे में “Unmarried” घोषित करना भर्ती नियमों के अनुसार गलत या महत्वपूर्ण तथ्य था, तो इसे गलत घोषणा/तथ्य छिपाने (misrepresentation/suppression) के रूप में माना जा सकता है। हालांकि केवल विवाह होना अपने-आप नौकरी समाप्त करने का आधार नहीं है; यह देखना आवश्यक है कि भर्ती विज्ञापन/आवेदन में वैवाहिक स्थिति की जानकारी अनिवार्य थी या नहीं और उस जानकारी का नियुक्ति पर क्या प्रभाव था। विभागीय जांच में विवाह प्रमाणपत्र, विवाह की तारीख, आवेदन-पत्र और भर्ती नियम महत्वपूर्ण होंगे। दोष सिद्ध होने पर सेवा नियमों के अनुसार नियुक्ति रद्द या विभागीय कार्रवाई संभव है।
