Regarding further procedure of divorce and restitution

My husband has filed divorce petition. N i have filed restitution petition, domestic violence, 498.maintainance order passed in dv and conjugal rights in 2022.but yet my husband paid very less amount. Now my lawyer suggested me to club divorce n conjugal right together. Is it beneficiary for me

Well, if your Husband has been unleashing Domestic Violence upon you and for that, you have filed a DV Case and Sec 498A of IPC, then why, you have filed a Petition of Conjugal Rights on your Advocate's say, considering, Why a Wife would like to stay with her husband by filing petition for conjugal rights as and when her husband is committing Domestic Violence upon her?

Hi To club both the cases is not good strategy somehow as per your query the maintainance order is already pass by the Hon'ble Court. To get the all maintainance or some part of the maintainance then different strategy have to use Request to the Hon'ble court or put one application in the court which stated that the maintainance amount paid by your husband are not enough and request to the court that the maintainance amount should pay by your husband only on monthly basis only
