Sir My name is Sunita and I am a handicapped single mother me and my husband are living separately since 6 yrs just after 4-5 months of our marriage...I came back to Delhi from bangalore to deliver my child as he was very abusive.since then he has not taken any responsibility of minr or our daughter...some how I have managed to take care of my child all alone even in this condition but now I need help for her educational needs and I wants to get legally separated from my husband. Kindly help.Thanks

hello mam do not worry in this state of condition we are able to help you as well as uour husband is liable to take care of yours as well as of your minir daughter as well your husband have to do it at any cost

You can file a case in Delhi. foremost thing is that you should go to the police station and report the cruelty or hire a lawyer and file an application of Domestic violence, maintenance and divorce petition.

It you want to get legally separated ! Then it depends on two things, if your husband is agree for divorce then you can go for mutual divorce and if he isn’t agree, then u need to contest this case … Plz b in touch

You can always file for maintenance under section 125 and claim maintenance for yourself as well as for your daughter. And if you want to permanently separate from him then you need to file for divorce. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Hi, Going by the limited information provided by you. It is better to schedule a meeting and understand your situation a bit better. We can move to civil and criminal remedy but it all depends when I understand your difficulty. We can ask for maintenance under CrPC 125.
