Regarding false dowry and SC-ST case.

I am working in govt. Sector. I got engaged with a girl of my office a month ago, now I want to call off the marriage because daily fight of ours. Now my family is afraid they can file a false case of dowry and SC-ST act (as they belong to SC cast and I belong to OBC)
If you belong to Hindu religion than you can’t take divorce in the 1st year of your marriage u til there is exceptional hardship
Secondly, u must give an apprehension complaint to the concerned police station for false allegation
