Regarding Emotional abuse filing a divorce petition and consequences

07-Feb-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Hi Sir/MadamMy husband and I are not living together in the same house for last two years since we are not on good terms. nnI would like to apply for the divorce now but when I talk to my husband about the divorce/ invite him to file for divorce by mutual consent, he threatens that he will commit suicide if I file for divorce or leave him. nnIf suppose he commits a suicide, will I be charged under any section. nnHe is emotionally blackmailing me that he will die if I proceed with divorce. nnMay I understand the consequences if he kills himself?nnThanks!
