Regarding dowry demand and the domestic violence happens with me.

Mera rista 27 aug ko teh hua tha....usse agle din mujse mere husband dekhne aaye th....hmara physical relationship bn gya tha...fir 31 oct ko engagement Hui...or 5 December ko unhone creta demand ki to rista Tut gya tha...phir maine bola...aise to tum 42 bar relation bnaye mere sath...rape case krungi m....to fir 20 Feb 22 ko shadi ho gyi....to uske bad se gali galoch start kr diye mere sath...garib or pta ni kya kya kaha....ab apne relatives k samne kehte h ki isne rape ki dhamki deke fsaya muje...mere sath shadi se phle ruki thi..Y characterless h...isne fsane k liye y sb kiya...or daru piti h...ab m kya kru...vo bolta h sath rehna h to aadha khrcha de apna...abhi m proper ca ni bni kaha se lau

Tum apne pati ko ek legal notice bhejwa sakti ho aur usme keh sakti ho ki ye sab naa kare. Tum uske upar domestic violence ka case file kar sakti ho aur apne liye monthly maintenance le sakti ho. Aur agar rehna nahi chahti toh divorce bhi file ho sakta hai. Zyada janakari ke liye mujhe contact karna.

hello mam as i can see your issue is really vwry much serious issue in this matter you should take immidiate legal action so tht your husband should understand tht he need to respect you or he will need to go to jail for punishment.

you can file domestic violence case and you can file maintenance case for kharcha of yourself .You can leave matrimonial house and file kharcha case and if you want to end the relation and wanted to leave independently file divorce case.
