Regarding domestic violence since my sister husband is in jharkhand Fo

Sir I m seeking advice regarding my sister marriage life,sir she get married nearly 5 yrs before and her husband is in jharkhand reserve Police and till now she is leaving with us after every two or three months he use to beat my sister with full confidence that no one can do anything because he is in police.whenever she is asking him for the monthly expenditure he use to beat her and two months before his son got sick at that time also he didn't paid the amount in the hospital.all her expenditure is on our head..

Dear Questioner We would like to inform you that under such situation you should file complaint petition before Court and place all torture/cuelity/ assault to the concern Judicial Magistrate. Definitely law will help you. Feel free then call.

your Sister can file case under Section 498A against her Husband and Inlaws. She can also file also file Case U/S 12 of Domestic Violence. More case can also be filed U/S 125 Crpc for Maintenance of herself along with her Child.
