Regarding divorce petition because of extra marital affair

Girl has an extra marital affair it was known to us after 1 month of marriage. Please tell When can we file divorce petition and do we have to give Alimony to her ?
hi you could file for divorce on grounds of adultery in court but it is only after one year of marriage that you could be able to file divorce petition and that you need to prove tk court that she is having extra marital affair
