Regarding divorce notice sent by my husband

My husband as sent me a court notice. What will happen if i dont go to court on that day
Hi.. after filing the case summons will be send by the court not by your husband and Your husband can send the notice not summons. It is once duty to appear before the court after receiving summons.

we need to know the place where case is filed. lawyer need to represent you. if you are not interested in divorce you need to fight case through lawyer. if you also seek for divorce, get good settlement alimony from husband and get divorce. immediately you need to contact lawyer as you got notice.
