Regarding Divorce case (Hindu)

My wife hit my mother and she went to police station and given complaint that we are asking bribery like money and gold. I applied in court for AB for further proceeding in court for mediation . During mediation their jewels where handed over to them and we got back ours including mangalyam and metti . Now she filed case under section 9 that she want to live with me and file DVC case also on me , there is no child for us . She resigned job in IT sector and claiming maintenance from me now.

What I understand is you have already applied for AB petition through your lawyer and you can very well ascertain from him about the next step. It is you to decide that you need to contest sect 9 of HM Act or not ..
