Regarding divorce and may I demand money which is expensed for marriag

Me and my husband living separately from 1year. My husband was tracked my phone and also installed call recorder app secretly. And also he searched my phone after I slept every night. We are together 3months after marriage. So I found that secret app and also tracking while questioning him he was giving something explainantion so that I came out from his home. Now we are decided to take divorce is there any possiblility to file a case on him for tracking my phone & also to demand money? Plz help

hi if you want to separate from each other then you could file for mutual divorce as it would be easy way to get separated and if it is contested one then you could fule for right to privacy and if you want money then you could file for maintenamce against him

u can file prvt complnt along with that u can give d v c in in court so that u can get maintaince u can also file supplication for residential order for accommodation plse file pvt complaint before concerd ps
