Regarding conjugal rights against my husband

I filled conjugal rights petition in sub court .my husband was not attending hearing and he delayed to file counter.We have also Filed IA for maintenance for my child and for me.but still now my husband was not coming to court. What can I do? what will happen next if my husband was not attending the hearings and not filling his counter.

If the husband continues to be absent he will be declared exparte and the relief will be granted in favour of the wife. Exparte proceedings will. Commence, Evidence needs to be filed and orders will be passed.
