Regarding cheating by boyfreind

I was in Relationship with my partner since 4 years . He promised me to marry me , his family knew about this later my family knew both families had tension for not agreeing but still he promised me to marry me and we had intimacy too. But now at last moment he ditched me his phone number is switch off now . I want justice I completely and genuinely invested in him now pls suggest me what legal action i can take on him ?

आप संबंधित अधिकारियों को लिखित शिकायत पार्थना पत्र प्रेषित करे जो घटना के बारे मे बातये आपकी 376 मे FIR हो जाएगी कि मेरे साथ शादी का झांसा देकर संबंध बनायेज्यादा जानकारी के लिए आप मुझे कॉल कर सकते है या आप मेरे कार्यालय में आकर अपनी समस्या का निदान करा सकते है

you can file an FIR (First Information report) against him under section 420 406 376 etc Indian Panel code.. After filling the FIR he shall agree for marriage with you. For Loding an FIR you have follow some procedure you can contact me. thanks
