Regarding Anullment On The Basis Of Forgery And Fraud

I married a fraud person as the guy won my consent on the basis of fraud and forgery (he gave forged payslip and documents to make me believe he is working in an IT company and after marraige I came to know he is not working anywhere and not in any job) .I filed for annullment on the basis of forgery. I wanted to know that since I have a lot of proofs how much time will this anullment take ? Will an FIR for 420 be helpful for building pressure on the culprit for agreeing for seperation?
