Regarding after divorce ( not alimony) money issue

Before divorce my ex wife parents paid my medical bills they lend me some money...after divorce we agreed to pay within 2 years ...but some amount remaining then what to do .... How to increase time for payment

we can buy more time after going through the entire case and then we will have the option of buying more time to pay the rest of the money in some installments we will have to set up Saturn time frame as to why we are giving the payment late and so accordingly we can get more time
