Regarding Adultery of Husband and divorce?

My sister got married on April 2022. My Brother in law has relationship with another girl and told his relationship to my sister. Then my sister told that matter to her aunt. But her supported his son. So my sister was committed suicide and she's alive now. But at present he's saying that he doesn't have any relationships in front of all. We don't have any proofs regarding that relationship. What should we have to do now? Can we ask call recordings in court to get divorce?

hi yes you could file for divorce in court on the ground of illegal relationships and physical and mental cruelty and that you had been facing lot of mental agony and to grant divorce on you could ask for call recordings
