Refuse to live with wife in CAW Cell

23-Mar-2023 (In Divorce Law)
We had love marriage on 30/04/2021 against my parents. Wife attempted suicide on 12 Aug 2021 to blackmail me to force me to bring barat even after love marriage in arya samaj mandir. On 05 Sept 2021 she got ready to live with me. She started forcing me to come her parent's and take her to my home in rajasthan. Which i denied always as i didn't have good relation with them. On 24 December she got me beaten by her brothers and other some unknown persons. I refused to live with her. She complained in CAW Cell. I have her medical documents showing her suicide attempt and evidence that she attempted it as i was unbale to bring barat. Can there be any issue if i refuse to live with her in caw cell.

Yes…you have to show your grievances in the CAW cell and it is also a good ground for divorce. That’s the girl has got suicidal tendencies. Arrange all the documents and submit it to the CAW Cell for your defence. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

You must hire an advocate for all your legal assistance. Time & again no one will guide you. It is always better to go with experts advice. She is planning for 498a n further she may go for DV too or 125crpc ..b in touch

No. CAW cannot force you to live with her as they usually try to mediate between the parties. For your own interest you may need to share information so that it gets recorded during the meetings but that can only be determined based on what she is saying before CAW cell and the response from them.
