Refiling of Divorce case which was done mutually for alimony

23-Jun-2024 (In Divorce Law)
My query is that I want to refile the divorce case which was done mutually in district courts without any alimony. Now the x husbands party is again harassing me virtually sometimes through blank calls, facebook and other unfair means. Can I apply the plea for alimony and refile the divorce case as the boy has got married again. That's why they are always boasting of it. My ( The girl) Financial condition is not that good. Please advise what is the right step.

You cannot seek a Mutual Divorce again, if the court comes to know about it, then, you guys can be in trouble. Before Court taking an objection on it, your Partner can take an objection, that, he does not want to Divorce you again by mutual means.
