Recovery warrant issues in crpc-125 case

Court processed recovery warrant and arrrest warrant second time against me in crpc 125 maintenance. First instance I made payment 50% and they released me from the bar, now against after two months these warrants been issued. Is this illegal to execute such warrant directly (as we have one judgemnet recently in allhabad HC)??. I dont have any property on my name.
File a Recall Application citing the recent Mohammad Shahzad (2026) judgment. Argue that issuing an arrest warrant simultaneously with a recovery warrant is illegal under Section 125(3). The court must first attempt property recovery before ordering arrest. Secure an urgent stay on the warrant.
