Recovery of maintenance amount

My maintenance order passed in 2022.from that day my husband paid hardly any amount.distress warrent has ordered.but he has given his flat on rent to his sister.now arrest warrant is issued.but he is not stable at one place.what to do.how to recover my compensation when he is managing things with money out of court

Dear queriest, as per your query you have mentioned that distress warrant and arrest warrant both have been issued by the court then it not to worry, you just take out his whereabouts let the court know the same, also once distress warrant is issued the court will take action accordingly, later if the same is not working you can file for execution proceedings so that you can claim flat or any property which is in his name, for more information about the same kindly call me

Well, it is the job of the concerned Police Station to trace him, wherever he is. If Police is not doing its duty, then, you can complaint about it to the concerned Magistrate before whom, you have filed a Maintenance Petition
