Recovery Of Interim Maintenance

09-Nov-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I have filed for divorce on grounds of desertion. I am not happy with the interim maintenance order. Have the following questions: 1.) Does an RD application mean I have accepted maintenance amount. 2.) Is it advisable to challenge my interim maintenance order or wait until final maintenance order, before I approach the high court? 3) Will not challenging my interim maintenance order go against my favour at any point of time?

Well, you can challenge the Interim Maintenance Order if you are not satisfied with it by filing an Appeal. You have to put reasons : Why you are unsatisfied with that order and What are the changes you need to see in the new Order?
