Received summons on DVC case from the magistrate. It's based on the fake info, there has been no domestic violence on women but instead the husband was thrown out of the house and his sisters were falsely summoned. nnHow to face this situation for all the abuse of law?

hi you could file dispense with petition in high court to grant exemption from appearance in the court for every date of hearing and you could appoint advocate to engage on your behalf and could contest the case
