What are the grounds or reasons for mutual divorce...? Is forcing for physical relationship by in laws and husband and mental harrasment reason by which a person can file for divorce.?
Dear Queriest, as per your query for mutual divorce both the parties should ready to dissolve the said marriage by mutual understanding. If one of the partner is not then the said thing should be filed by one way by way of litigation and the grounds mentioned herein above by you will be also can of the grounds for the same.

2. If the husband and wife find it difficult to co-habitate then they can go for divorce;
3. Yes, forcing of physical relationship can amount to marital rape. Though the court have not adjudicated upon the same, but it does amount to cruelty and mental harassment under 498A (IPC);
4. This can also take the shape of case under Domestic Violence Act;
