Question- Do a lawyer of opposite party is permitted to shout at the senior citizen female (accused)

Question- Do a lawyer of opposite party is permitted to shout at the senior citizen female (accused) with the sole intention to harass and humiliate them ? nCase type is matrimonial dispute. nReason: Opposite lawyer's frustration.How can I safeguard them legally ? Kindly advise.Many thanks.

You can appraise the court of this behaviour by the opposite counsel. Judges do not allow misbehaviour of any sort in the court. Incase an advocate crosses the line, inform the judge that such behaviour in the court amounts to contempt.

no one is allowed to shout on anyone in a court of law. a lawyer while representing his or her case has the freedom to express and present it to the best of his or her ability, but shouting and intimidating is not allowed.

Senior citizens or any citizen can not be harassed by any person in the court if so has happened then actions must be taken against such inhuman behavior. Matrimonial cases are to be handled with care.
