Querying on Remarriage Law after Ex Partee

My spouse leftme with 2 minor daughters. An expertee divorce case has been lodged. Need to undestand the difference and relation among expartee, expartee decree and divorce so that I have clear idea when I can remarry for majorly my daughters.

Well, once you get an Ex Partee Divorce Decree, it means, that, you are going to get one sided Divorce, due to your wife and her lawyer not appearing before the court continuosly to contest the Divorce Case with you.
