Query related to mutual divorce notice papers refusal from postman

29-Sep-2024 (In Divorce Law)
Hello ma'am, I’m Mounica, 30, and got married in March 2024. My husband left me at my parents' 4 months ago. I'm dealing with serious marital issues, including controlling behavior, emotional neglect, and false accusations. He admitted to marrying me for my job, and now that I’ve lost it, he’s trying to push for separation. I’m willing to reconcile, but he’s avoiding contact. My question is, what happens legally if I refuse to accept a mutual divorce notice papers from post man ?

hi if that notice is for mutual divorce then there wont be any problem but it is better to receive the notice and give your reply and if you are willing to reoncile then you could sent notice for restitution of conjugal rights and obtain orders
