Query related compliant on the domestic voilance

My wife has given the domestic violance compliant one me and in police station they have sent for councelling first phase councelling done and counceler asked us to come for second phase.what happens after second phase actually I am not intrestesd to give divorce to her but she is asking the divorce but she is not willing to file a divorce so how to proceed further we have a kid also.

If she files divorce case then you file a RCR petition and you inform the magistrate that you don't want divorce and approach to advocate and he will help you in how to file a RCR case and in counseling they asked your opinions and they also asked to live together...any kind of service approach us we will help you

anyone has to file a divorced case in family court to geta divorced decree from the court ,for kid you both mutually can take custody of child and one party has the right to visit the child once in a week for 10 to 8hrs ,lastly tell your wife to close the complain.
