Me and my husband want to go for mutual divorce so we need to know how long it will take and what is the average expense we need to bear

time it can take upto an year. expense it all depends upon lawyer to lawyer, since different lawyers charge different fee, depending upon their standing and experience. care needs to be taken while drafting the terms of settlement.
