My husband is in indian navy... He doesn't pay maintenance regularly... Can salary attachment be done??so that i get maintenance regularly
Yes, salary can be attached by the Learned Court if your husband is refusing to comply with the court's order and defaulting with your maintenance. He can also issue Warrant of Attachment, Distress Warrant besides Issuing an order for Attachment of Salary.
