Query regarding how to take legal aid to protect my own

Hi a frivolous habeas corpus petition was filed by my friends husband stating that I had kidnapped her and her children. The case was quashed. But the husband kept alleging an illicit relation in his OP FC petitions which was never the case. Following the continuous harassment by her husband my friend actually told me that she loves me. I have been harassed continuously by her husband ever since. What can I do to protect my dignity legally

you can file a petition in the police station stating that everything elder amendments are false and he is continuously harassing you staying the that and you can produce the high court order of quashing the samr or you can file private complaint
