Query regarding divorce for my brother

My brother’s wife filed a false harrasment case against our family claiming dowry issues and a bunch of other lies. We have not taken a single rupee from her everything’s on her name. We have been asking for a divorce since a long time but they are not willing to give. My father thinks that they would proceed with rhe case further if we attempt to file a divorce. What do you suggest?

hi your brother could file for divorce as she had already filed cases against him and other family members and you could also file quash petition against other family members as the cases are based on all false allegations
