Query on remarriage in ex parte decree

I’ve been granted ex parte decree of divorce in my favour in Sept 2020. The opposite party filed Order 9 Rule 13 and Limitation Act section 5 and these cases are pending. Can I remarry in this situation?

yes you can remarry but if it is challenged and later on if your ex wishes will have to go higher courts for relief oriented orders and for finality and you must take proper guidance immediately and can have a hassle free life

certainly you can. but there is one impediment if it is proved subsequently that you have fraudulently obtained the decree by intentionally not serving the notice upon your spouce then the decree so obtained will be nullity and thus the marriage so solemnized would fail.
