Query about showing income proofs

My husband never came in the divorce case hearing. Now judge made him ex party. Now Judge wants to fix maintenance for me. But somebody told me that i have to show his income proofs that he earnes xyz amount and accordingly i will get maintenance . May I request you all be clear my doubt. I means what should i do in this situation ?

In ex-parte divorce proceedings you need not do anything. You just need to submit your affidavit in the prescribed format and the rest will be the discretion of the court to decide what maintenance you are eligible for. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

nothing to worry in this matter first you have to find your husbands earning proofs like his passbook in which his salary indicates his income. his salary slip if he is doing job. any documents which shows his current salary will work well in your matter. for further help and proceedings please contact me. thanks
