Query about divorce through dispute

1)in the event of me filing divorce by dispute then the criminal cases filed by me against my husband, do i need to close them? I don't want to as hes troubled me far too much 2)since divorce by dispute might take years to get sorted, upon filing it, can the lady then start dating or she cant meet anyone till the divorce by dispute goes thru 3)If HUF division has been initiated by my older son and after that date I have filed divorce by dispute, am i entitled to my portion in HUF where i am a constituent. Getting a divorce while HUF partition has been initiated prior to filing of divorce, do my rights get waivered as a wife?
firstly your son was entitled to get his fathers' ancestral property by birth. and no any law to remove this right to your son.
secondly particular hindu family property only for male and female members only, who gives a birth an in this particular family, he gets his rights only by birth or adoption,
the female members who entitle the only maintenance of his husband's property, you only entitled to giving a maintenance.
yes, when u filed a divorce petition in a court, you can free to meet anyone in any purpose, because u filed a divorce petition.
