Query about divorce process & duration to complete mutual divorce

How many month take for completing the mutual divorce process. ANd after marriage, Is it possible to file divorce after 3 months

Depends upon your religion filing a divorce petition after 3 months. You can file the mutual divorce petition before your jurisdictional family court. Mutual divorce proceedings will end in 6 months. There is also another opportunity to waive the 6 months.

waiting period for getting divorce can be waived by filing petition stating to get immediate relief. it is possible to file divorce after three months but to state exceptional hardships meted in the marital tie.
