Quashing FIR and the surname is wrong? what to do?

So we have applied for Quashing of FIR but in VS we wrote their surname wrong? how much will that effect??

It is not going to affect at all. It was a mistake,. mistakes can happen, but, make sure you avoid such mistakes while drafting Verification of the Affidavit in support, considering, Affidavit in support has Evidentiary value. If a Hon'ble Judge points out to such a mistake, you can give on another affidavit, that, what occured was a spelling mistake on previously filed verification with Affidavit in support.

If only the spelling of surname is wrong, then that is okay. But if you have written a wrong surname entirely, then it is suggested that you must amend the Quashing Petition with the permission of the Court. in case you require any further legal assistance you may contact me.
