Im a govt employee. My wife filed a 498a case on me in May 2024 based on illegal intimacy with another woman. Bt i abscond from home on 9/2023 due to my wife n her parents harrasments. Police caught n bring me home n after 3 months my wife filed 498a.
hi you could file quash petition to quash the chargesheet after going through the allegations mentioned in the chargesheet if they are false and that you were not present at the time of the incident amd that you were not present at the incident
