Quashing case - No response from my lawyer even after 4months-Reg

Sir/Madam,nI need help from lawrato professional team. I had been allocated my case to an advocate (popular) through a lawyer in Hyderabad for quashing our names in the HC the case had all false allegations in the case. Accordingly, the case has been accepted by the lawyer stating that within 15 days or maximum one month your case will get solved and also taken full payment in the form cash. Now, the lawyer is not responding but we are attending court with my old mother (unable to move without any help). Please suggest me how to overcome and handle him.

hi first check the details whether the advocate had filed case or not on your behalf if he had not filed then can file and if filed if he is not pursuing the matter then get NOC from him so as to enable to fight the case through another advocate
