hi there it seems you are a very anxious and vigilant person that's why you have asked such questions but as far as we talk about the procedure and guidelines and orders issued by the court we will have to follow that, paying in Mediation doesn't mean she is getting money for fun, actually this is that amount only for expenses she can not have any single penny for this, and this amount is used to deposit to make her present in your proceedings and before that this is a middle procedure

Mediation is only for settlement and does not force payment unless mutually agreed. You may place your points calmly; evidence is usually not formally exhibited in mediation. If mediation fails, the High Court will decide the quashing petition on legal merits and records. This matter requires paid professional legal consultation. Relevant case papers must be reviewed before giving final advice.

Since your quashing petition has been referred to mediation by the Hon’ble High Court, mediation is mainly to explore mutual settlement. It is not a regular court hearing and the discussion is confidential. 1) What happens in mediation / how to present yourself? You will be asked to explain your side calmly. Do not argue or threaten. Keep your points factual and clear. You can state that you want legal resolution and peace, but you will agree to payment only if it is part of a fair and voluntary settlement. 2) Proofs – printouts or mobile? Will they be submitted? Carry printouts of key documents (FIR/complaints, court orders, chats, call records, bank proofs, photos etc.) and also keep soft copies in mobile. Generally, documents are not formally submitted as evidence in mediation; they are only for discussion/clarification. 3) If mediation fails, what next? If no settlement happens, the mediator will send a non-settlement report to the High Court. Then your quashing petition will be decided on merits (whether FIR discloses offence, whether case is abuse of process, lack of evidence etc.). Quashing is not automatic after mediation. For exact strategy, FIR and case details must be reviewed.
