PWDV, 7 years case JM not following HC order

13-Sep-2023 (In Divorce Law)
PWDV filed by my wife, in 2nd JM Serampore, Hooghly, WB in 2016. Appealed in High Court, Kolkata and HC order said JM "must" close trial within 2 months. During these 2 months Magistrate on leave on 3 dates, Wife's advocate did not appear on 2 dates. Where to raise the issue so that Magistrate is regular and acts on the case.

You need to move an application before the ACJM of the concerned court or the court who is in charge of 2nd JM, Serampore for faster remedy. For further detailed information kindly contact me. High court has given order to Judicial Magistrate 2nd (JM) of Serampore , Hooghly to close the trial then don't worry the Judicial Magistrate will follow the order of the High court the Magistrate himself will see the case when he appears in court
