Punishment for Criminal mind wife

My wife file a false 498a , black mailing me to pay 10L if not have face many problems What should I do? I have call recording of that can count give punishment to that criminal wife Any court ever gave any punishment to wifes

Yes court have imposed fine of Rs. 10 lakhs, recently a Delhi Court sentenced wife for imprisonment. It depends on your case, if you are the victim courts will certainly stand by your side and protect you. You will have to attack before she does. You cannot go on the defensive mode. If you advance first then your case is likely to be won. Now, we will have to look into what your wife is doing, why did she leave etc.
