Protest against prejudice of bar association durgapur

My husband and i had a mutual divorce after 20years of divorce case on an agreement of Rs 15lakh to me and our daughterwho is 29years old. But he failed to give me the entire amount and as per the agreement due to his failure i have revived all the pending cases IPC SECTION 498, IPC SECTION 125. My daughter and i is homeless, my daughter is preparing for govt exam and unmarried. The agreement was 3years back before the pandemic, which has worsen our situation. nNow, the bar association of advocates of durgapur is threating me on the ground that no lawyer can work for us. They r accussing me and are forcing me and my daughter to give up our demands. As i have no source of income right now except a few thousand bank interest to fight such prejudice.

get the 125 case transferred to another court if advised. criminal cases will be conducted by public prosecutor so no expenses on that front. you are also eligible for free legal help from legal aid. consult the district legal services authority for more.
