Protection against women 2005 notice

Dear Sir/Madam, my wife filed a complaint regarding protection of women act 2005 and I have received court notice for appearance. Is this related to maintenance?
My wife left my house at her own wish. I am jobless since last 5 years after marriage. My marriage date 5.5.2018 and wife left house on 21.6.19 with her parents without informing me. My wife is MCOM educated but not doing job. She has enough money to survive with mother, pls what I need to tell in court and how to deal with it. Thanks
