protect myself and can take action against my wife

Hi - Me and my family is getting harassed by my wife and her family his father is a policeman. My wife has even manhandled my mother on various occasions that's why she becomes a patient of brain. I am a govt emplyee she blackmail to me everytime by taking actions of sucied There are various differences between my wife and myself, now they have started threatening that will file case against me under dowry and domestic violence act. My wife is very greedy human being and can go to any extent to extract money from me. I want to end this relationship, we have one child who is 7 and half years. We are hindu family based in panna mp...please if you can help how can I protect myself and can take action against my wife and her family....
