Property Related Due Dilligence Before Initiating Divorce

07-Jun-2024 (In Divorce Law)
Hi , my mom is owner of residential property and I am co-applicant , after registry I think I am co owner as well so is it better to sell off property or simply transfer property in my mothers sole name before initiating divorce proceedings so that at later stage if spouse fimes fake DV case she does not get right to stay in that property till eternity.Or should I let it as it is as of now.
